Returns Policy
What can be returned?
You can return all products except custom made signs. Custom signs are manufactured to order and can not be returned.
When do items need to be returned by?
We only accept return up to 7 days from recieving the product.
Where do items need to be returned to?
We will give you the correct return address at the time of the return.
How do customers return items?
Customer will need to go to our resolution center and fill in the correct form. Customer will need to be logged in to view the resolution center from their accounts page.
Shipping for returns?
Blair Signs & Safety will pay for the freight on all items that were incorrectly sent. For all other items the customer is required to pay the freight.
Credit for returns?
Blair Signs & Safety will credit the customers Credit Card with 14 days of receiving the goods back. All goods MUST be recieved in origional packaging with the Return Authorisation number marked on the retured parcel.
Instore return option?
We don't offer instore returns.
Packing materials?
All goods must be returned in origional packing or no refund will be offered? Goods must be in origional condition and be unused. Goods damaged in return transport because of poor packing will not be refunded.
